Gateway RT Distribution Center

TriStar began construction of the 2,300-plus acre, Gateway Commerce Center in 1997. S. M. Wilson built the business park’s first project, a warehouse for Dial.

TriStar’s newest project included development of the 44+-acre site and construction of a tilt-up distribution facility with 90 truck bays, a heat-reflective and energy efficient thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roof and design/build mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems. The Class A modern bulk building has expansion capabilities to more than 1 million square feet.
