Office Space
The project included a 100,00 SF demolition and tenant build-out of three floors of the HBE Building in Creve Coeur, Missouri. Renovations to floors 4, 5 and 6 made way for new office space for the insurance and financial services corporation, MetLife.
S. M. Wilson’s team worked hand-in-hand with Gensler and MetLife to overcome project challenges due to the quick 21-week timeline. Collaborative efforts allowed the project team to alleviate issues with submittal/RFI responses and procurement concerns.
