ANHEUSER-BUSCH

Bottle Lines 37, 34 and 36

The Bottle Line 37 “Out of the Box” project included the demolition and replacement of a 45,000 SF, six-inch slab with a new multi-grid pitched slab. With the production center running 24/7, movement of materials and construction activities within the buildings was and is always carefully executed to cause as little disruption as possible to production.

The Bottle Line 34 For the “In the Box” project, the new Bottle Line and the associated equipment had to be assembled and installed. Considering the weight of some of the equipment being installed, S. M. Wilson and Anheuser-Busch Corporate Engineering had to take into account floor loading, and special rail systems had to be designed and built for aiding in unloading and moving the equipment.

The Bottle Line 36 Packer/Conveyor Line modification project encompassed the retrofit of a portion of the existing bottle line and the construction of a new upgraded line. The project included the demolition and replacement of a 45,000 SF, six-inch slab with a new multi-grid pitched slab and the assembly and installation of the associated equipment.
