Building Program
S. M. Wilson & Co. has worked on many projects for the Maplewood Richmond Heights School District. A new $8.5 million two-story elementary school was built to hold approximately 500 students and includes a joint cafeteria/gymnasium, 25 classrooms, an art room, music room, library/media center and administrative support offices.
A $9.5 million high school and early childhood center renovations project involved replacement of roof, windows and doors at the ECC. The high school project included renovating existing classrooms, gymnasium and locker rooms and constructing a new library. The latest $4.1 million project renovated the high school and constructed a new addition/renovation to the existing gym at the ECC.
