St. Louis, Mo., July 12, 2017 – S. M. Wilson & Co. has been selected by Burgers’ Smokehouse to provide design/build services for a 41,000 SF expansion of their production facility in California, Mo. Recognized as a historic Missouri Century Farm, Burgers’ Smokehouse is adding a three-story facility to expand their operations of producing specialty country cured, aged and smoked meats.
The new addition will include a curing cooler on the first floor, assembly and work areas on the second floor and storage for shipping materials on the third floor. This addition will tie into the existing 300,000 SF meat processing facility that sits on the original family-owned farm.
Reminger Design will provide architectural services.
