ST. LOUIS, MO—S. M. Wilson & Co., a St. Louis-based construction management and general contracting firm, has welcomed several new hires.

The following employees have started at S. M. Wilson earlier this fall:
Senior Project Manager
Dan Corkery joined the operations team with 18 years of experience in education, commercial, corporate and healthcare construction. He has expertise in leading project teams in establishing processes, schedules, and documentation, negotiating bid packages, and reviewing contract documents. As Senior Project Manager, he is working on Phase 2 of Northwest R-1 School District projects.
Assistant Project Manager
Terry Miles is a construction management graduate from Missouri State University. He has five years of experience in pharmaceutical and manufacturing construction. As Assistant Project Manager, Terry is working on Francis Howell North High School and the pre-construction for the upcoming Jefferson City Middle School project.
Project Engineer
Tyler Baumgarth joins the operations team with 8 years of experience in education, residential, municipal and healthcare construction. He is proficient in conveying project updates and delivering clear and concise communications to stakeholders. Tyler is working on ongoing projects with the Columbia Public Schools and the Hallsville R-IV School District locker room project.
Zach Caruso has eight years of experience. His expertise includes supporting project teams by reviewing specifications, documents, and contracts. Zack is currently working on the renovation and addition of Edwardsville Community Unit School District 7’s Lincoln Middle School.
Project Closeout Coordinator
Allie Jones is pursuing an Electrical Construction Design Management certificate from Ranken Technical College. Allie works closely with S. M. Wilson’s team members, external vendors, and partners to complete the necessary tasks for each construction project.
