Jefferson Middle School Addition & Renovation
Jefferson Middle School’s 2,540 SF two-story addition includes four additional classrooms, two multi-purpose rooms, two work rooms, elevator and two staff restrooms. A covered outdoor dining area is also included in the project.
Demolition of the existing cafeteria outer walls, connector hallway and roof was completed in preparation for the new addition.
Renovations at the middle school include a classroom renovation consisting of demolition of the demising wall, new flooring, new ceiling, lights and finishes. A complete remodel of four sets of student restrooms in the existing building will also take place.
The project includes installation of BiPolar Ionization Units in all existing unit ventilators in classrooms and air handlers serving the existing gym.
