Mixed-Use Retail & Office Space
This project included the redevelopment of a commercial office building and filling station to provide a new mixed-use retail and office space in the heart of the St. Louis Delmar Loop neighborhood. The three-story building includes 17,330 SF of retail and 52,515 SF of business space as well as an additional secured, off-site parking lot for 218 parking spaces.
CVS Pharmacy is the corner anchor store, occupying the first floor of the building with a covered drive-through pharmacy running through the middle of the space. Room for two to three additional retail tenants is also available. The building includes a roof top terrace overlooking a tree-lined Delmar Boulevard with an operable shade structure that can act as a roof or pergola.
