Renovations took place to two of the hospital’s operating rooms. One of the surgical areas features advanced imaging capabilities and is lead-lined for x-ray imaging, including six booms above the operating table and a zeego machine. Imaging equipment for the operating room is housed in a separate computer room.
A second multi-purpose operating room was built to be larger than Blessing’s previous operating rooms. This allowed the Hospital to better meet the needs of patients whose surgeries require the use of large equipment.
