More than 105 years ago, Shouse established a tradition that continues to define who we are today: treating our company, customers and partners as an extended family. The belief was simple: if you build relationships on trust, respect and long-term commitment, the work will follow.
What may have seemed unusual to others became our competitive advantage. That relationship-driven philosophy carried the company through both prosperous and challenging times, and laid the foundation for a business built on loyalty, integrity and community.
Shouse was the first of many Wilsonites who shaped our legacy, and we continue to follow in his footsteps.
