Upgrades to finishes included everything from flooring to ceramic tiles, paint to acoustical ceilings, and doors/hardware to lighting casework, every detail was meticulously curated to create an ambiance of sophistication and comfort. In addition to elevated finishes, the clinic received MEP upgrades, including electrical, data/telecom, and HVAC systems.

Structural renovations took place on the second and third floors, where new folding grill systems were seamlessly integrated for enhanced security enclosures.
Renovations to the front vestibule entrance included foundations, concrete, curtain wall systems, structural framing, roofing, and architectural finishes as well as automatic doors and a canopy structure.
Storm sewer upgrades were added to the parking lot and new landscaping upgrades were also included in the project.
