LINCOLN UNIVERSITY
Dawson Hall Renovation
As the tallest building on Lincoln University’s campus, Dawson Hall is a 10-story residential facility, originally built in 1970, and will undergo an extensive renovation.
As part of the project, the renovation of the common living spaces will allow for computer labs, resource rooms, and virtual learning capabilities. Other interior renovations will include private toilets and shower rooms, along with all new mechanical systems, interior upgrades, life safety and code compliance, new finishes, and modernizations throughout the building.
In addition to interior renovations, the exterior envelope of the facility will receive window replacement, roof repairs, EIFS, metal flashing and ADA access.
