ST. LOUIS, MO – S. M. Wilson & Co. has added two project team members to its growing retail construction team. Hayden Waddell has joined as Project Superintendent and Kate LeBeau as Assistant Project Manager.
Hayden Waddell brings more than 10 years of construction experience, with a strong background in retail buildouts and commercial site management, including for national brands. He is OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certified and holds full American Welding Society (AWS) D1.1 certifications.
As a Project Superintendent, Waddell oversees daily on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to S. M. Wilson’s quality standards.
Kate LeBeau brings more than nine years of construction project experience, specializing in retail project coordination and the execution of 125 projects. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Truman State University.
In her role as Assistant Project Manager, LeBeau collaborates with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within approved budgets. She also is responsible for maintaining and communicating accurate project documents, including financial details of the project.
