St. Louis, Mo., (April 1, 2010) – Family Care Health Centers has applied for and received $561,000 in federal stimulus funds to offset a portion of their electricity consumption by installing a new solar energy system at each of their two St. Louis health facilities.

3/1/2010 - S. M. WILSON COMPLETES RENOVATION OF CAROLYN WOHL BUILDING AT JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER INTO COMMUNITY AND CULTURAL SPACE

St. Louis, Mo., March 1, 2010 – S. M. Wilson & Co. has completed the renovation of the 62,000 square foot Carolyn C. Wohl building at the Jewish Community Center (JCC) in Creve Coeur into new space designed for community gatherings and cultural events. The project also involved partial demolition of the Wohl building and the construction of new space that is connected to a new recreation complex recently completed at the JCC.

2/22/2010 - S. M. WILSON COMPLETES CONSTRUCTION OF NEW $207 MILLION BIO-MEDICAL RESEARCH AND HOSPITAL FACILITY FOR WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF MEDICINE AND BJ

St. Louis, February 22, 2010—S. M. Wilson & Co. has completed construction of a new 675,000 square-foot biomedical research and hospital facility for Washington University School of Medicine (WUSM), BJC HealthCare and Barnes-Jewish Hospital (BJH). The $207 million project is located at the corner of Children’s Place and Euclid Avenue in St. Louis.

2/4/2010 - S. M. WILSON COMPLETES NEW $45 MILLION PATIENT BED TOWER AT ALTON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL FOR BJC HEALTHCARE

St. Louis, Mo., February 4, 2010 -- S. M. Wilson & Co. has completed construction of a new private patient bed tower for BJC Healthcare at Alton Memorial Hospital in Alton, Illinois. The total program cost $45 million, $35 million of which was construction cost. The 78,000 square foot tower replaces the previous bed tower and is a completely private bed facility. It is designed to enhance the experience of patients staying at the hospital.
