10/17/2012 - S. M. WILSON AND CAMBRIDGE ROOFING SYSTEMS SELECTED BY

St. Louis, Mo., October 17, 2012 – S. M. Wilson, in association with Cambridge Roofing Systems (CRS), have been selected by the St. Louis Blues to manage the $860,000 replacement of the storm-damaged roof of the Scottrade Center in downtown St. Louis. The project will involve the removal and replacement of the PVC roofing membrane. The existing roof is believed to have been damaged by hailstorms earlier this year.

8/27/2012 - CASEY DIAL PROMOTED TO PROJECT MANAGER AT S. M. WILSON

St. Louis, Mo., August 21, 2012 – Casey Dial, LEED AP has been promoted to Project Manager at S. M. Wilson & Co. He is responsible for managing and delivering construction projects, including organizing, scheduling, planning, motivating, controlling and completing building programs.

St. Louis, Mo., July 30, 2012 – S. M. Wilson & Co. has promoted Brian Nuehring, LEED AP BD+C to Director of Pre-Construction Services and Louis Kostielney to Director of Estimating, effective August 1, 2012. Nuehring was previously Director of Estimating and Kostielney was Senior Estimator at S. M. Wilson.

7/16/2012 - S. M. WILSON ADDS STEVE PLATT AND TODD WAALKES AS PROJECT MANAGERS, AND KERRY LORTS AS PROJECT ENGINEER

St. Louis, Mo., July 16, 2012 – S. M. Wilson & Co. has hired Steve Platt and Todd Waalkes as project managers, and Kerry Lorts has joined the company as Project Engineer. Platt and Waalkes are responsible for the overall administration, management and delivery of construction projects to the owner’s complete satisfaction. Lorts will assist project managers with information flow, reporting, approvals, drawings, meetings, certifications, MBE/WBE participation and tracking LEED certification checklists.

6/28/2012 - CABELA’S® SELECTS S. M. WILSON TO BUILD TWO NEW RETAIL STORES IN LOUISVILLE AND COLUMBUS

St. Louis, Mo., April 30, 2012 – S. M. Wilson & Co. has been selected by Cabela’s Incorporated to build two new retail stores in Louisville, Ky., and Columbus, Ohio. S. M. Wilson will provide pre-construction, construction management and general contracting services for both projects. Cabela’s is the nation’s largest direct marketer, and a leading specialty retailer of hunting, fishing, camping and related outdoor merchandise.
