St. Louis, Mo., June 10, 2010 – S. M. Wilson & Co. has formed a business partnership with IDEA Construction of Dallas to pursue construction projects across North Texas that can benefit from the two firms’ combined resources.

6/7/2010 - S. M. WILSON SELECTED TO BUILD NEW $14 MILLION EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER FOR LADUE SCHOOL DISTRICT

St. Louis, Mo., June 7, 2010 – S. M. Wilson & Co. has been selected by the Ladue School District to manage construction of a new $14 million Early Childhood Center. The 50,000 square foot educational facility will be built at the site currently housing Westminster Christian Academy in Creve Coeur, and will replace the district’s current early childhood center in Frontenac.

St. Louis, Mo., May 19, 2010 – S. M. Wilson & Co. has hired Tom Kaiman, LEED AP, to lead a new business group focused on managing and expanding the company’s federal government and military construction business.

5/7/2010 - S. M. WILSON SELECTED TO BUILD NEW $8 MILLION MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING AT SARAH BUSH LINCOLN HEALTH CENTER IN MATTOON

St. Louis, Mo., May 7, 2010 – S. M. Wilson & Co. has been selected to build a new 46,000-square-foot medical office building on the campus of Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center in Mattoon, Illinois. The Prairie Pavilion II facility will be an $8.1 million, two-story building housing a variety of medical services.

4/23/2010 - S. M. WILSON TO CONSTRUCT NEW PERFORMING AND FINE ARTS CENTER AT CHAMINADE COLLEGE PREPARATORY SCHOOL

St. Louis, Mo., April 23, 2010 – S. M. Wilson & Co. has been selected to construct a new performing and fine arts center at Chaminade College Preparatory School in St. Louis. The new 80,000 square foot Skip Viragh Center for the Arts will feature two levels of facilities designed to support a wide variety of arts educational programs.
