St., Louis, Mo., September 9, 2011 – Rendina Companies has selected S. M. Wilson & Co. to construct a new $5 million medical office building in New Lenox, Illinois. The 47,504 square-foot Provena Medical Arts Pavilion will be anchored by several key outpatient services operated by Provena Health.  New Lenox is located 36 miles south of downtown Chicago.

8/24/2011 - S. M. WILSON COMPLETES NEW EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER FOR LADUE SCHOOL DISTRICT
St. Louis, Mo., August 24, 2011 – S. M. Wilson & Co. has completed construction of the new $11 million Early Childhood Center for the Ladue School District. The project was completed three weeks ahead of schedule. The 50,000 square foot educational facility was built at the site of Westminster Christian Academy in Creve Coeur.

7/28/2011 - S. M. WILSON & CO. DONATES TIME, RESOURCES TO REPAIR MARY MEACHUM VISITOR CENTER ON GREAT RIVERS GREENWAY’S NORTH RIVERFRONT TRAIL Center damaged by l
St. Louis, Mo., July 28, 2011 … In late June, dangerous storms rolled through the St. Louis area, severely damaging the Mary Meachum Visitor Center, located along Great Rivers Greenways’ Riverfront Trail in North St. Louis City. The visitor center, which is owned by St. Louis City and operated by Grace Hill AmeriCorps Trail Ranger Project, acts as an important rest stop to the thousands of pedestrians and bicyclists that travel the 11-mile trail, especially during the hot summer months. It was vital that repairs be made right away before the whole building was destroyed. However, with little available resources to fund the repairs, it looked like all hope was lost until St. Louis-based S. M. Wilson & Co., came to the rescue. The full-service general contracting and construction management firm donated an estimated $7,000 in materials and resources to get the center fully functioning in less than three weeks, and because of S. M. Wilson’s efforts, the center is now stronger than ever.

7/20/2011 - ISLE OF CAPRI CASINOS SELECTS ANDERSON-WILSON JOINT VENTURE TO BUILD NEW CASINO IN CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI

St. Louis, Mo., July 20, 2011 -- Isle of Capri Casino, Inc. has selected the joint venture team of St. Louis-based S. M. Wilson & Co. and Gulfport, Mississippi based Roy Anderson Corp to construct its new $125 million casino project in Cape Girardeau, Missouri along the Mississippi River. The 166,000 square foot, two-level facility will feature a 41,000 square foot gaming floor plus, several restaurants, a bar with live entertainment lounge, a 750-seat theater and event center and 1,000-space parking lot.
