S. M. Wilson & Co. has completed a $51 million program of building renovations, expansions and site improvements for the School District of Clayton in Clayton, Missouri.    The two-year, multi-phase building program included renovations and additions to Clayton High School, Captain Elementary School, Glenridge Elementary School, Meramec Elementary School and the Family Center.

St. Louis, Mo., November 30, 2011 – S. M. Wilson & Co. has strengthened its senior leadership team with the promotion of six executives to new positions effective January 1, 2012. Amy Berg has been promoted to President of S. M. Wilson. She replaces Scott Wilson, who will become Chief Executive Officer. Berg has been with S. M. Wilson for 15 years, most recently as Vice President – Business Development.

Wilson & Co. among the top 25 largest contractors in the United States for retail interior space and retail shell space built during 2010.   According to the trade publication’s data, S. M. Wilson ranked 22^nd in retail interior space with 771,833 square feet space built and 20^th in retail shell space with 304,600 square feet of space built.  The rankings appear in the current edition of Retail Traffic, which describes itself as the leading authority on retail real estate trends.

Wilson & Co. has completed construction of a new $17.5 million performing and fine arts center at Chaminade College Preparatory School in St. Louis. The 80,000 square foot Skip Viragh Center for the Arts celebrated its Grand Opening on September 25 with a public performance by the St. Louis Symphony. S.
