8/9/2010 - S. M. WILSON TO BUILD $10 MILLION SKILLED NURSING FACILITY, $2 MILLION INDEPENDENT LIVING ADDITION AT CONCORDIA VILLAGE SENIOR LIVING CAMPUS IN SPRING

St. Louis, Mo., August 9, 2010 – S. M. Wilson & Co. will build two new senior living facility additions worth approximately $12 million at the Concordia Village senior living campus in Springfield, Illinois operated by St. Louis-based Lutheran Senior Services. The projects include a new $10 million Skilled Nursing Facility and a $2 million Patio Homes addition to the Continuing Care Retirement Community for independent living.

8/4/2010 - S. M. WILSON COMPLETES CONSTRUCTION OF NEW $14 MILLION VON MAUR STORE IN LAKE SAINT LOUIS

St. Louis, Mo., August 4, 2010 – S. M. Wilson & Co. has completed construction of the new $14 million Von Maur store at The Meadows in Lake Saint Louis, Missouri. The 124,000 square foot department store is the first Missouri location for Von Maur, a nationally recognized high-end retailer focusing on customer service, quality merchandise and a comfortable shopping environment. A grand opening is scheduled to be held on September 18, 2010.

8/2/2010 - U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS SELECTS S.M. WILSON TO CONSTRUCT $11.5 MILLION DIGITAL TRAINING FACILITY AT FT. LEONARD WOOD

St. Louis, Mo., August 2, 2010 – The United States Army Corps of Engineers has selected S. M. Wilson & Co. to build a new Digital Training Facility at Ft. Leonard Wood in south-central Missouri.

7/26/2010 - CITY OF ST. LOUIS SELECTS S. M. WILSON TO BUILD NEW $16 MILLION O’FALLON PARK RECREATION CENTER

St. Louis, Mo., July 26, 2010 – The City of St. Louis has chosen S. M. Wilson & Co. to construct a new $16.7 million recreation complex in O’Fallon Park on the City’s North Side. Construction is scheduled to begin in July and be completed in the Fall of 2011. S. M. Wilson will provide general contracting services for the project.

7/6/2010 - S. M. WILSON SELECTED BY PATTERSON COMPANIES TO CONSTRUCT NEW $15 MILLION TECHNOLOGY CENTER IN EFFINGHAM, ILLINOIS

St. Louis, Mo., July 6, 2010 – Patterson Companies has selected S. M. Wilson & Co. to build its new $15 million technology center in Effingham, Illinois. Work on the 96,700-square-foot, three-level facility will begin immediately. S. M. Wilson is providing design/build services for the project, which is designed to be LEED certified.
