7/26/2010 - CITY OF ST. LOUIS SELECTS S. M. WILSON TO BUILD NEW $16 MILLION O’FALLON PARK RECREATION CENTER

St. Louis, Mo., July 26, 2010 – The City of St. Louis has chosen S. M. Wilson & Co. to construct a new $16.7 million recreation complex in O’Fallon Park on the City’s North Side. Construction is scheduled to begin in July and be completed in the Fall of 2011. S. M. Wilson will provide general contracting services for the project.

7/6/2010 - S. M. WILSON SELECTED BY PATTERSON COMPANIES TO CONSTRUCT NEW $15 MILLION TECHNOLOGY CENTER IN EFFINGHAM, ILLINOIS

St. Louis, Mo., July 6, 2010 – Patterson Companies has selected S. M. Wilson & Co. to build its new $15 million technology center in Effingham, Illinois. Work on the 96,700-square-foot, three-level facility will begin immediately. S. M. Wilson is providing design/build services for the project, which is designed to be LEED certified.

6/10/2010 - S. M. WILSON FORMS PARTNERSHIP WITH DALLAS-BASED IDEA CONSTRUCTION TO PURSUE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS ACROSS NORTH TEXAS

St. Louis, Mo., June 10, 2010 – S. M. Wilson & Co. has formed a business partnership with IDEA Construction of Dallas to pursue construction projects across North Texas that can benefit from the two firms’ combined resources.

6/7/2010 - S. M. WILSON SELECTED TO BUILD NEW $14 MILLION EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER FOR LADUE SCHOOL DISTRICT

St. Louis, Mo., June 7, 2010 – S. M. Wilson & Co. has been selected by the Ladue School District to manage construction of a new $14 million Early Childhood Center. The 50,000 square foot educational facility will be built at the site currently housing Westminster Christian Academy in Creve Coeur, and will replace the district’s current early childhood center in Frontenac.

5/19/2010 - S. M. WILSON HIRES TOM KAIMAN TO LEAD NEW FEDERAL GOVERNMENT/MILITARY CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS GROUP

St. Louis, Mo., May 19, 2010 – S. M. Wilson & Co. has hired Tom Kaiman, LEED AP, to lead a new business group focused on managing and expanding the company’s federal government and military construction business.
